Here are my pitiful attempts at photoshop. Photoshop is amazing. Thanks Mindy for the great book! It's fun to just click things and see what happens, but then I can't remember what I did. I think I may need to start writing things down if I am going to continue with random clicking. lol. I can't believe my kids they are getting so big. It seems as though I can't stop saying that. More photos to come!

It doesn't get any better than this.
Nothing spells summer like camping. We have spent so many days out in Elkwater over the last couple of years. Since we were able to get a trailer a couple of years ago we have loved every minute. It is even more fun when we go with our friends the Halladays. The kids love to run around, ride bikes, play at the beach and just do whatever. Looking back at these photos make me smile, I especially love Orin in the cold water we had to bribe him with ice cream just to get him that far! And then there's Ami, it doesn't get any better than her. Love it!

A Tribute To My Sister
I have the most amazing sister in the whole wide world. Her name is Nicole and as far as I'm concerned, she is the best person on the planet.
Without her I, and my blog, would cease to exist.
Her beauty and wisdom is surpassed by none.
I shall grovel on the ground before her and sing her praises until the day I die.

Done with Busy Bees
Well, it's official! Busy bees is finally over and I have one happy little girl. Ami and I have been ready for busy bees to be over all year. She has been so ready and is so eager to move on. Every morning I hear the same thing Mommmm I don't want to go to busy bees, and When is it going to be kindergarten...tomorrow? Don't get me wrong Ami loved busy bees when she got there. It was the getting there that was the problem. You see Ami is the only one out of my three kids that sleeps in. We had to come up with some pretty crazy tactics to get Ami out of bed. To name a few, tickles, stories, annoying brothers turning the lights on and off, mother yelling, etc. HaHa.. good times had by all, especially Mom. All laughing aside as I drove to busy bees this morning for the last time I had this sudden feeling of sadness, no more babies no more preschool all done. Boohoohoo...but only for a moment. That's all I have time for these days..
Ami I am so proud of you. You will always be my little sunshine.
P.S Watch out kindergarten cause here she comes!
Fathers Day
I love Fathers Day gifts from the kids! My kids get so excited to give Dad their gifts, it's awesome. Matt was so good about wearing all of his ties! You can see from the pictures how thrilled Matt is. Haha! It makes me laugh every time. At preschool Ami fills out things that she knows about her dad and it's so funny to hear what she says. So according to Ami Dad is 25, likes to eat, watch basketball and relax with mom on his day off. Funny because I don't remember when Daddy has days off... Gotta love it! We love you Matt!!

Let it Shine
How can you make your kids come inside when it is finally sunny? That is a good question. I love watching my kids playing together with eachother and their neighbourhood friends. We have had such a wet spring so when it's nice we all take advantage! Jaxon and Orin love playing with the catcher that Grandma May sent. Thanks Grandma! Wow, this blogging thing is fun.
It's about time...
So I can hardly believe I am actually writing something!!! Ha!!! I am not good at this but here goes! Writing is not one of my strongs suits, and I can say I am having a hard time with what I need to say. Today when I asked Ami what she wanted to do she said of course watch T.V. Then I said, well Ami it isn't a T.V day today, to which she relpied....AAhhhhhh Mom you are so mean...I get that a lot on No T.V days. So I asked her, what do you want to do today? I listed off many things like read a book, play a game, play with toys all of which she said No thanks. So I sighed and thought I am a real winner, my daughter wants nothing to do with me. Then out of the blue she comes out to the couch with her tiger pillow and blanket and says Mom I want to snuggle with YOU! So that made my day, sweetie. We spent a long time on the couch telling Knock Knock jokes. Nevermind that it was the same knock knock joke just slight variations each time. So what I have learned today is to find joy in the little things. Thanks Ami for teaching me so much.
